Purchasing GenTap
GenTap is a commercial plugin coming soon to Elgato Marketplace. It is not yet available to purchase, and this website has no checkout. At release, the Marketplace listing and checkout will state the price, account entitlements and applicable purchase terms. Use Marketplace's purchase and refund procedures for transactions made there. See current availability before buying.
Plugin licence
A valid GenTap licence permits installation and use for your personal or commercial work within the account and device entitlements supplied with your Marketplace purchase. You may keep a backup for that use. Rascallop retains ownership of the proprietary plugin and its product materials.
You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense or publicly host the proprietary plugin or its source code, or bypass licensing controls, without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. The full GenTap licence is included with the plugin. Separate open-source component licences continue to apply.
Four free MIT packages
The PixelLab SDK, GenTap Core, Stream Deck Core and Stream Deck Secure Store libraries are licensed under MIT. They may be used, modified and redistributed in commercial or non-commercial software at no charge. Preserve the copyright and permission notices required by MIT. Each archive contains its own licence; the plugin's commercial restrictions do not override these library rights.
Package releases are separate from the plugin. See the Developers page for versions and integration requirements. Changing the plugin licence does not revoke rights in any copies previously provided under MIT.
PixelLab and generated work
You need your own PixelLab account and API key. PixelLab access and usage are billed separately and follow PixelLab's terms. A GenTap purchase does not include generation credits or guarantee continued availability of a provider operation.
You are responsible for permission to use submitted material. Rascallop claims no ownership of your inputs or generated outputs merely because you used GenTap. Applicable law, third-party rights and the provider's terms still apply. Generated results can vary; the examples show actual selected outputs, not a guarantee for every input.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited. The included licence sets out the permitted use and limitations. PixelLab, Stream Deck and Elgato Marketplace are independent services or products; GenTap is not an official PixelLab or Elgato product.
