Scope

This licence covers the GenTap Stream Deck plugin and Rascallop's associated
website and product materials, except components with their own licences.
The four libraries in packages/pixellab-sdk, packages/gentap-core,
packages/streamdeck-core and packages/streamdeck-secure-store are licensed
separately under MIT. Their LICENSE files govern those libraries, including
copies bundled with the plugin. Third-party components retain their own
licences and notices. No restriction below overrides those separate grants.

Plugin use

A valid GenTap licence obtained through Elgato Marketplace permits you to
install and use the plugin for your own personal or commercial work, subject
to the account and device entitlements supplied with your Marketplace purchase.
Rascallop may also grant written permission to use evaluation copies.
You may keep a backup for that permitted use. This is a licence to use the
plugin, not a transfer of ownership of its code, branding or product materials.

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense or publicly host the proprietary
plugin or its source code, or bypass its licensing controls, without written
permission from Rascallop, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
This does not restrict rights granted by the MIT or third-party licences.

Inputs, outputs and external services

You remain responsible for permission to use your inputs. Rascallop claims no
ownership of your inputs or generated outputs by reason of using GenTap.
Rights in those materials remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights
and the terms of the generation provider. PixelLab access and generation usage
are separate from the GenTap purchase. Provider availability, charges and
results are controlled by the provider; visual results can vary.

Purchases and statutory rights

Elgato Marketplace's applicable purchase terms govern checkout, account
entitlements and its purchase and refund procedures. Nothing in this licence
excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory,
including consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the software is
provided as is, without additional warranties, and Rascallop is not liable for
indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. This does not exclude
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Earlier grants

This licence does not revoke rights in copies previously supplied under MIT
or another licence. Those copies remain subject to their original grants.
